Inferact is hiring an experienced People Operations and HR Lead to own and scale people operations and HR infrastructure as the company expands. The role bridges talent acquisition and employee onboarding and serves as the operational owner of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding workflows, employee relations, payroll, benefits, compliance, and immigration and visa filings. The position is based in San Francisco on-site or hybrid and offers a base salary of $180,000–$250,000 plus startup equity, along with health, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits.
