The role partners with People, Audit, Legal, Compliance, Workday Product Owner, ISD, and Transformation teams to shape processes, manage complex People cycles, drive change management, and build scalable technology solutions. Candidates should have People Operations, HRIS, Workday, or related experience, along with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
