OpenFX is hiring a People Operations and Talent Acquisition Leader to build and lead the global people function from its current foundation through expansion to 1,000 employees. Reporting to the COO and working with the CEO, the role owns recruiting infrastructure, global people operations, performance and compensation systems, workforce planning, org design, and the hiring of people partners. The position requires hands-on experience scaling people infrastructure across multiple countries, designing performance and compensation systems, and operating with high autonomy. It is based in one of five key hubs—New York, Miami, London, Dubai, or Bangalore—and includes competitive salary, benefits, and equity.
