Dun & Bradstreet is hiring a People Operations Associate in Germany to support its German, Austrian, and Swiss entities as part of a People Operations Center of Excellence. The role serves as a customer-focused first point of contact for People Team enquiries, manages employee lifecycle processes, provides employee relations and policy guidance, supports HRIS reporting and audits, handles onboarding and benefits administration, and prepares documentation for the German Works Council. The position requires at least three years of HR operations or comparable experience, fluent German and English, knowledge of German employment legislation, and experience with HRIS systems.
