Scandit is hiring a hybrid People Operations and Employee Relations Specialist in Boston. The role combines HRIS and employee lifecycle administration, first-line employee relations and policy interpretation, employee relations case management, and workplace experience and event coordination. It requires experience in people or HR operations, employee relations, HRIS and case management systems, and knowledge of US federal and Massachusetts employment law. The position works from the Boston office three days per week and remotely on the other days.
