Tribe is hiring a People Operations Generalist to own the systems and processes supporting employee onboarding, offboarding, HRIS administration, benefits, compliance, work authorization, and people programs. Reporting to the People Operations Lead, the role focuses on optimizing Rippling, building AI-native automation, and administering employment changes across the United States, Portugal, and Canada. The position is remote, prefers the Eastern Time zone, and requires at least five years of people or HR operations experience, Rippling or similar HRIS experience, and multi-country PEO/EOR experience.
