Description
The Regional People Lead, North America will lead and optimise People Operations across North America, owning the employee lifecycle, policies and handbooks, HR documentation, People systems, reporting, reward and compensation operations, and Employee Relations support. The role partners with regional leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, drives process and systems improvement, and presents operational insights to senior leadership. It requires significant People/HR Operations experience, North American employment-process and compliance knowledge, HRIS and reporting expertise, and strong stakeholder management.
