Astro Mechanica is hiring a People Operations Manager to build scalable HR processes and own the employee journey from offer acceptance through offboarding. The role covers recruiting operations, benefits administration, multi-state HR compliance, onboarding, compensation planning, equity administration, employee support, and HR systems and reporting. It requires 3–6+ years of relevant People Operations, HR Operations, benefits administration, or generalist HR experience, along with U.S. employment law knowledge and strong organizational and communication skills. The position is primarily in-office, with five days per week in the office considered essential.
