Fluidstack is hiring a People Operations Manager to build and scale its people function from scratch. The role owns end-to-end onboarding, visa and immigration sponsorship, employee relocations, performance-management cycles, and the leveling and ladder framework. Candidates should have experience with high-stakes administrative processes, multi-stakeholder coordination, performance management, and job architecture, with HRIS, multi-country employment administration, and regulated-industry compliance experience preferred.
