Network Optix is hiring a People Operations Manager to own end-to-end people operations for a globally distributed technology company of approximately 200 employees across 36 countries. The role manages the employee lifecycle, HRIS and records, people analytics, compliance across multiple jurisdictions, leave programs, culture and engagement, workplace experience, and cross-functional HR initiatives. It reports to the Head of Global HR and offers hybrid work with offices in Walnut Creek and Burbank, California, along with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
