Description
Alteryx is hiring a short-term People Operations Partner contractor for an initial term of six months or more. The role supports People Operations foundational enhancements and digital transformation initiatives, including requirements gathering, process redesign, documentation, UAT, defect tracking, change management, implementation readiness, and cross-functional coordination across People Operations, HRIS/IT, Benefits, and business stakeholders. The position requires at least five years of relevant People or HR operations experience, hands-on Workday experience, and strong requirements, testing, documentation, organization, and stakeholder-management capabilities.
