Cohere Health is hiring a People Operations Partner in Hyderabad, India, to support the full employee lifecycle. The role covers onboarding, benefits and leave administration, HRIS and payroll data, employee queries, compliance documentation, HR process documentation, training, and local support for a global HCM implementation. It requires 2–5 years of HR operations or related experience, Indian labor-law and statutory-leave knowledge, HRIS experience, strong organization and communication skills, confidentiality, and the ability to work a night shift from 5:30 p.m. onward.
