Description
STMicroelectronics is hiring an experienced Talent Acquisition Shared Services Manager to lead backend recruitment support operations in a centralized Shared Services or Talent Services environment. The role manages requisition creation, interview scheduling, candidate data, onboarding support, compliance, SLAs, governance, audit readiness, stakeholder service, and a team of TA coordinators, recruitment support specialists, and shared services analysts. It also supports recruitment systems, process migration, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least 14 years of experience in HR shared services, talent acquisition operations, recruitment coordination, or talent services, including at least 4 years of people leadership experience.
