Pharmacist I – Sharp Memorial Hospital – Variable Shift – Per Diem at Sharp

The Hospital Pharmacist provides comprehensive pharmaceutical care in a hospital setting, including medication-order review, drug-interaction monitoring, medication therapy management, patient counseling, medication reconciliation, IV and chemotherapy preparation, pharmacy operations, medication-safety monitoring, and quality-improvement activities. The role requires a California pharmacist license, ACLS certification, and AHA BLS Healthcare certification, with hospital pharmacy experience and PGY1 residency completion preferred.
