The role oversees HR functions for approximately 180 non-union employees, including strategic HR planning, employee relations, recruitment, performance development, compensation, labor-law compliance, and HR analytics. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in business, psychology, or a related field or equivalent experience, prior human-resources experience, and strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
