Description
Amentum is hiring an Operations Support Manager to support new client business startups, site leadership, and the ARRE (Augmented Reality Remote Expert) technical and support program. The role coordinates contract transition activities, assesses and starts maintenance services at client locations, administers training and hardware records, supports multiple contracts, manages staffing and performance, and interfaces with customers. It requires a bachelor’s degree, at least 10 years of commercial maintenance or manufacturing experience, facility and process maintenance knowledge, extensive travel, and the ability to work nights and weekends as needed. Compensation is $120,000-$140,000, with health, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
