ENA is hiring a Program Manager to support the development, growth, and delivery of its emergency nursing education portfolio, including TNCC, ENPC, CEN, and TNAC. The role manages multiple projects and program initiatives from planning through execution, coordinates resources, budgets, timelines, and stakeholders, oversees webinars and training events, analyzes program data, supports process improvement and reporting, and collaborates with internal teams, leadership, vendors, and subject matter experts. The position is based in Schaumburg, Illinois, with a hybrid schedule of two office days and three home days, and offers a targeted annual salary of $75,000 to $85,000 plus health, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
