Description
The Real Estate and Facilities Program Manager will oversee UL Research Institutes and UL Standards & Engagement facilities, including real estate strategy, space planning, renovations, construction, maintenance, sustainability, vendor and contractor management, budgets, financial analysis, compliance, risk mitigation, and stakeholder collaboration. The role is based in the Evanston, Illinois office or the Columbia, Maryland office and requires a bachelor’s degree and at least six years of relevant experience.
