The Senior Program Manager leads large, complex M&A integration and carve-out programs from pre-close planning through post-close stabilization and value realization. The role provides enterprise governance, program and financial management, stakeholder and executive engagement, risk resolution, and leadership of direct reports, while coordinating business, technology, finance, legal, HR, commercial, and operations workstreams. It requires 10+ years managing enterprise-scale programs, M&A delivery experience, and a bachelor’s degree, with an estimated base salary of $160,000 to $190,000 USD, a 20% target annual bonus, and medical, dental, vision, wellness, retirement, and paid-time-off benefits.
