EVERSANA is hiring a Program Manager - AI Agency to serve as the operational backbone of complex, multi-workstream client engagements within its AI Agency. The role owns delivery leadership from kickoff through sustained performance, translating strategic briefs into executable plans, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines, budgets, scope, risks, and client expectations, and improving delivery processes. Candidates need 7+ years of project management, delivery leadership, or program management experience in pharma, life sciences, healthcare marketing, or agency environments, along with knowledge of pharma commercialization, omnichannel marketing, regulatory processes, and P&L accountability. The role is eligible for hire in select United States locations.
