Description
H-CAP is hiring a full-time Program Manager to develop, implement, and expand its Registered Apprenticeship Program in healthcare. The role coordinates outreach and recruitment with employers, unions, education partners, and other stakeholders; supports partners in building apprenticeship programs; leads communications and educational activities; manages grant compliance, tracking, and reporting; and collaborates with healthcare workforce development initiatives. The position requires at least five years of project management experience, knowledge of healthcare workforce development and registered apprenticeships, stakeholder engagement experience, and grant and data-system experience. It is remote, with possible national travel, and offers a salary of $85,000–$110,000 plus fully paid health, vision, and dental coverage.
