Description
Shield is hiring a Program Manager to serve as its primary North American presence, managing large-scale enterprise projects from initiation through closure. The role oversees project scope, plans, risks, deliverables, customer relationships, technical discussions, matrix management across R&D, integration, QA, and other technical disciplines, and data-driven status reporting. Candidates need at least eight years of experience managing large-scale projects with enterprise customers, a technology or software product background, and the ability to translate technical capabilities into customer usability. The position is based in New York and offers a base salary of $160,000 to $175,000 USD per year.
