The QSM Program Manager will lead the agency's Performance Management and Quality Improvement (PMQI) system, aligning strategic priorities with program performance and accreditation standards. The role involves managing a portfolio of strategic, quality improvement, and evaluation activities, overseeing budget management, scheduling, and performance monitoring.
