HDR is hiring a full-time Project Manager for its Transportation Business Group transit market sector in Northern California. The role manages transit capital program engineering design and construction projects from conceptual design through completion, including trackwork, station improvements, traction power and electrical systems, automated fare collection, and state-of-good-repair work. Responsibilities include project budgets, schedules, cost estimates, field inspections, concurrent project coordination, multidisciplinary team leadership, technical personnel management, and client-facing delivery, with required on-site work in client offices. Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in engineering, 10 years of related experience including at least 5 years of project management, a Professional Engineer license, and MS Office/MS Project experience.
