The employer is hiring a full-time Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to work in Bremen or Hamburg, with up to 50% remote work possible. The role develops and publishes job postings, identifies recruiting channels, manages the full recruitment process through TalentLink, conducts telephone interviews and pre-selection, supports specialist departments, coordinates interviews, and optimizes recruiting methods. Candidates need a relevant degree, at least three years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR consulting experience, experience recruiting skilled workers, technicians, and engineers, modern recruiting-channel knowledge, MS Office proficiency, and strong communication skills. The position is filled through temporary staff leasing and includes a permanent employment contract, vacation and Christmas bonuses, pension, training, and other benefits.
