Crystal Creek Hospitality is hiring a regional Human Resources leader based in Jackson, Wyoming, to oversee HR functions across Cloudveil, SpringHill Suites, Mountain Modern, and The Lodge. The role partners with hotel leaders and corporate HR on workforce planning, recruiting, onboarding, employee experience, compliance, employee relations, performance and talent management, compensation and benefits, training, HRIS administration, reporting, and strategic planning. It requires a college degree or equivalent industry experience, seven years of Human Resources experience, preferably in hospitality, HR certification, extensive employment-law knowledge, and experience managing HRIS systems.
