Decagon is hiring a Security Engineer to build and scale the security foundations of its conversational AI platform. The role combines hands-on security engineering with software development, including implementing application and infrastructure security controls, building automated remediation and detection tooling, reviewing authentication and access controls, and supporting security incidents. Candidates should have at least three years of security engineering experience, strong software engineering fundamentals, cloud security knowledge, and familiarity with enterprise security requirements. The position is based in Decagon’s downtown San Francisco office and offers $200,000–$330,000 plus equity, along with medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
