Prime Intellect is hiring a Security Engineer to build the company’s security program from the ground up and own the security posture of its hosted RL training platform, distributed GPU infrastructure, liquid compute marketplace, and customer-facing systems. The role covers threat modeling, zero-trust architecture, AI-native security, penetration testing, red teaming, vulnerability management, monitoring, incident response, compliance, and customer trust. It requires 5+ years of security engineering, infrastructure security, or offensive security experience, along with cloud, Kubernetes, container, Python, Rust, network, cryptography, and identity/security development expertise. The position offers $180,000–$350,000+ in cash compensation plus equity, remote or San Francisco work, visa sponsorship, and relocation support.
