Grab is hiring a Talent Acquisition Business Partner (TABP) to serve as a strategic talent advisor to technology and business leaders. The role manages the full candidate lifecycle, maps external talent markets, identifies high-potential candidates, sources specialized roles, maintains talent pipelines, provides data-led insights to hiring managers, supports campus hiring and employer branding, and uses generative AI to improve candidate ranking and scheduling. The position is an individual contributor reporting to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition and is onsite at Grab’s Petaling Jaya office. Candidates need at least seven years of recruitment experience, including in-house technology or corporate recruiting, along with talent mapping, advisory, pipeline, digital, and data skills.
