The role covers interview and candidate logistics, offer and employment-contract administration, pre-employment and background checks, Workday hiring activities, pre-boarding, process controls, escalation, quality monitoring, process-improvement projects, and coaching of Associates. Candidates need a bachelor's degree, at least four years of relevant talent acquisition or HR operations experience, multilingual proficiency, and strong stakeholder-management and problem-solving skills.
