Pragmatike is recruiting a Senior Backend Software Engineer for an on-site role in San Francisco, California. The position involves building production backend services, scalable APIs and distributed systems, data processing and asynchronous workflows, service architectures and integrations, monitoring, logging, and observability, as well as participating in architecture and technical design discussions. The role requires at least four years of backend software engineering experience, strong experience with TypeScript, Python, or Go, and familiarity with databases, distributed systems, asynchronous processing, testing, and software engineering practices. Compensation is $180,000–$300,000 USD, with an ASAP start date.
