Catawiki is hiring a Senior Director, People Operations to lead the operational backbone of People Operations across its operating countries. The role owns strategic direction and execution for payroll, reward and benefits, compliance, employee relations, wellbeing, facilities, and workplace experience; it also leads teams, improves scalable processes through automation and AI, manages complex employee-relations escalations, and supports the Amsterdam and Lisbon offices. The position is hybrid, based in Amsterdam with at least two days per week in the office, and requires 12+ years of relevant experience in an international, fast-growing organisation.
