Senior Hardware Program Manager at albedo

Albedo is hiring an on-site senior hardware program manager to own company-wide project and program execution for VLEO satellite buses, payloads, production, engineering, and software initiatives from its Broomfield, Colorado headquarters. The role centers on building and maintaining detailed, resource-loaded integrated schedules across multidisciplinary engineering and production functions; managing critical paths, AI&T, procurement, dependencies, replanning, and execution cadence; and establishing scalable program-management practices. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in electrical, computer, aerospace, or mechanical engineering (or equivalent technical fluency) and at least eight years of hardware program or engineering management experience, including detailed build or AI&T schedule ownership.
