Description
The Senior Human Resources Manager will oversee HR functions across multiple unionized dairy manufacturing plants and the Rochester, New York-based distribution team. The role leads HR strategy and plant HR teams, manages labor relations and collective bargaining, resolves employee and management conflicts, supports employee engagement and change management, and develops HR professionals. It requires a bachelor's degree, at least 10 years of progressive HR experience, multi-site leadership experience, and strong labor-law and union-process knowledge. The position pays $100,000 to $150,000 annually and may include health and dental insurance, retirement, wellness, paid time away from work, and paid holidays.
