Description
Bankjoy is hiring a Senior HR Manager to operate HR end to end in a fast-growing fintech startup. The role owns onboarding and offboarding, employee records, benefits, IT support, SOC II HR security, performance management, manager training, employee relations, compliance, recruiting coordination, and compensation and benefits administration. It reports to the COO, requires 5–8 years of hands-on HR experience, and is remote-first with compensation of CAD 90,000–120,000 plus a performance bonus and stock options.
