Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 5+ years of HR Generalist experience within an international environment, with broad exposure across the employee lifecycle.
Preferred Qualifications: Strong knowledge of HR policies, processes, employment legislation and HR systems.
Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across functions and cultures.
Strong organisational and project management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Digitally savvy, with a genuine interest in how AI and emerging technologies are reshaping HR — from streamlining operational processes to enhancing the employee experience.
Fluent in both English and French.
Passionate about supporting internal clients and take ownership of delivering timely, thoughtful and effective HR solutions.
