Frida is looking for a Senior Manager, Human Resources to join their People team in Miami, FL. This role involves serving as a strategic HR Business Partner, overseeing HR operations, and driving organizational effectiveness. The successful candidate will collaborate with leaders to influence workforce decisions, analyze people data, and present findings to senior leadership. They will also manage employee relations, lead process improvements, and ensure HR programs align with business needs.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 7+ years of progressive human resources experience, including HR Business Partner and HR Operations responsibilities.
Experience partnering with senior leaders to solve business challenges through people-focused solutions.
Strong employee relations experience, including conducting investigations and managing complex workplace matters.
Experience supporting performance management, talent planning, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
Experience developing executive presentations, business cases, dashboards, and reports for senior leadership audiences.
Working knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and HR compliance requirements.
Experience managing leave administration, accommodations, benefits, payroll processes, and employee lifecycle programs.
Demonstrated ability to analyze people data and leverage insights to influence decision-making.
Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple priorities and initiatives simultaneously.
Advanced proficiency in Google Suite & MS Office using G-Slides and PowerPoint
Experience working within HRIS platforms and leveraging systems to improve efficiency and reporting.
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field preferred.
SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred.
