BEAT81 is hiring a Senior People Operations Manager to own end-to-end People Operations, including onboarding, offboarding, contracts, payroll, employee compliance, visa and work-permit processes, workforce administration, ticketing, complex employee matters, process improvement, and AI-supported workflow automation across Leapsome, Asana, and Intercom. The role requires at least five years of People Operations or HR administration experience, strong German labor-law and compliance knowledge, HRIS and workflow-automation experience, and fluency in English and German at minimum B2 level.
