Swift Navigation is hiring a Senior People Operations Manager to serve as the sole People Operations lead for its global team across 12 countries. The role owns end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, employee relations, performance management, payroll support, HRIS administration, benefits, offboarding, engagement, compliance, immigration, and people reporting. It requires at least six years of progressive HR experience, including three years as an HR generalist or manager, experience with distributed and multi-country workforces, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. The US base salary range is $100,000 to $150,000 plus equity and benefits.
