Taptap Send is hiring a Senior People Operations Manager to lead employee relations, employee performance and investigations, employment setup in new jurisdictions, multi-country compliance, payroll and benefits automation, onboarding and contractor management, and end-to-end People Operations projects. The role requires at least eight years of People Operations, HR, or comparable operational experience, strong project ownership, data and automation skills, and the ability to work on-site five days per week.
