Description
The Senior People Operations Partner serves as the primary strategic People Operations partner for leaders and employees across the APJ region. The role supports regional implementation of people programs, performance, talent, and compensation processes; coordinates cross-functional stakeholders; manages regional workstreams; partners with global compliance and infrastructure; addresses regional employment risks; leads entity transitions and workforce expansions; and improves scalability, automation, Workday processes, governance, and immigration and mobility matters. The position requires experience in People Operations within a global, multi-country organization, APJ initiatives, country-specific employment practices, international growth and expansion, and complex cross-functional leadership.
