Ivanti is hiring a Senior People Operations Partner to support HR operational excellence for employees and managers across the Americas, including the United States and Canada. The role covers the employee lifecycle, HR systems and data integrity, compliance, employee and manager inquiries, process improvements, HR projects, and change management. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or 3–5 years of progressive HR operations, generalist, or services experience, along with HRIS experience; an HR certification is preferred.
