Description
AQEMIA is hiring a Senior People Operations Partner to build and scale people infrastructure across France and the UK. The role owns employee lifecycle processes, HR compliance, employee relations, HR systems, data, reporting, automation, and employee experience while partnering with Payroll, Finance, Legal, managers, and the broader People team. It requires at least eight years of relevant experience, knowledge of French employment law, and experience with HR systems and people analytics. The position is based in Paris and London with flexible work arrangements including up to two remote days per week.
