Description
RAZR is hiring a Senior Program Manager – Client Implementations to lead a portfolio of concurrent financial institution loyalty and rewards implementations from planning through launch. The role owns implementation governance, sequencing, resources, risks, stakeholder coordination, product and development requirements, and process improvement, while working with channel partners, Operations Delivery Managers, Product, Technology, and other internal teams. The position is based in Minnetonka, Minnesota, requires candidates to reside in the Twin Cities area, and requires in-office work five days per week.
