Citizens is hiring a Senior Program Manager to oversee the Operate Phase of its Global Capability Center. The role leads program governance, operating-model optimization, stakeholder coordination, vendor oversight, talent and resource management, financial support, and continuous improvement across global and regional stakeholders. It requires a four-day-on-site, one-day-remote hybrid schedule in one of nine listed organizational hubs, 40 hours per week, and 10+ years of relevant program, operations, or shared-services experience. The salary range is $175,000 to $250,000 per year plus potential incentive earnings, with medical, dental, and vision coverage among the benefits.
