Proofpoint is hiring a Senior Program Manager to lead complex, cross-product programs within its PMO. The role coordinates engineering, product, and security teams; manages dependencies, risks, escalations, and executive-level stakeholder updates; applies Agile and Scrum practices; and adapts program plans for AI-native software development lifecycles. The position requires 7–10 years of program or technical program management experience, PMP certification, Agile/Scrum experience, and Atlassian proficiency, with cybersecurity and AI-powered tooling experience preferred. Base pay ranges from $124,100 to $244,200 USD depending on the U.S. market, with variable compensation and equity possible.
