AxisCare is hiring a full-time, fully remote Senior Software Engineer to build, ship, and maintain a SaaS platform for the home care industry. The role involves product prototyping, backend and frontend development, API and third-party integrations, system reliability, performance improvements, and mentoring junior and mid-level engineers. Candidates need at least five years of professional full-stack cloud-native web application experience, including React, TypeScript, MySQL, RESTful APIs, and object-oriented languages; experience with AI-enabled workflows, HIPAA-compliant software, or EMR/EHR systems is preferred.
