Apple’s Developer Experience Platform team is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to lead the design and architecture of an AI-powered developer platform that combines AI agents and autonomous workflows. The role involves broad technical ownership, architectural direction, hands-on engineering, collaboration with senior engineers and researchers, and mentoring. Candidates need a relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least six years of software engineering or machine learning experience, production experience with AI agents and large language models, strong distributed systems and backend skills, and experience leading complex technical designs.
