Voleon is hiring a Platform Engineer to own and evolve backend systems that connect quantitative research and live trading. The role covers data access, validation, orchestration, cataloguing, deployment, vendor integration, pipeline reliability, migrations, observability, and cross-functional project leadership. Candidates need at least five years of backend, data-pipeline, or platform-engineering experience, a computer science degree or equivalent experience, strong debugging and observability skills, and familiarity with data infrastructure and Python.
