NVIDIA is hiring a GPU Software Engineer to build, productize, and operate agentic AI systems that work directly on GPU software artifacts. The role owns the full lifecycle of agentic services, develops LLM-powered pipelines for code generation, bug triage, regression detection, and test coverage analysis, and creates MCP-based infrastructure connecting agents to developer systems. The engineer will evaluate agent quality, collaborate with GPU software kernel engineers, and drive adoption of reliable agentic services. The posting requires a BS/MS in a relevant field or equivalent experience, at least 8 years of software engineering experience including 2 years developing production LLM or agentic AI systems, strong Python and modern LLM framework skills, and experience with RAG, tool use, multi-step agents, and live production systems.
